Understanding Our Process

Step 1: Plan it
We perform a professional inspection to identify any rodent/wildlife entry points that may allow entry to your attic space. We identify any potential air gaps in the attic that may cause heat to enter or escape the structure. We assess the current condition of your attic space and provide detailed course of action and quote.

Step 2: Prep it
Preparation is key to a clean workspace. We treat your home like it is our own. Wasting no expense on cleanliness, all areas of your home are covered and contained while air purifiers ensure no additional particles are floating through your home. Any egress points are sealed with construction grade materials by our service professionals. Any current insulation is removed and contained and any rodent/wildlife droppings are vacuumed and the surface area is sanitized with industrial grade sanitizer.

Step 3: Place it
Once the surface area is sanitized and disinfected, we replace your old contaminated insulation with recycled cellulose to re-insulate your attic space. A 100% green product! We fill your attic space to R-30-R-38 grade insulation. Gone are the days of pesky pests and high utility bills!
